Coach/Parent Instructions:

1.  Provide each student athlete a copy of this email with enclosed promotion code (see above)
2.  Advise student athletes they MUST:

• redeem the promotion code at their nearest 24 Hour Fitness
• have a parent/legal guardian present to sign the membership to activate this offer.

3.  Upon enrollment, all student athletes will be provided with a:

• copy of their membership agreement.
• membership card (mailed within 7-10 business days).

4.  Student athletes may then work out between the hours of 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm 7 days per week. Student athletes will NOT be permitted into the club outside of these times of access.
